Tony Riggi- District Manager
Tony has been the District Manager since January 2007. Prior to that, he was the Agricultural Assessment Planner for the Maryland Department of Agriculture for the nine Eastern Shore Counties for over five years. From 1998 to 2001 he was a Conservation Technician in the Caroline Soil Conservation District. Tony graduated from Delaware State University in 1998 with a B.S. Degree in Soil and Water Management.
Teresa Kampmeyer-District Conservationist

Teresa graduated in 1983 with a BS degree in General Agriculture from University of Maryland, Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, MD. She worked for one year with Wicomico Soil Conservation District as Public Drainage Coordinator. She then worked for two years with MDA as a Soil Conservation Planner. Teresa was hired as a Soil Conservationist with the Soil Conservation Service (now NRCS) in August of 1987 in Princess Anne, MD. She was then went to work in Easton as a Soil Conservationist in December 1987. After one year, she became the District Conservationist. She was asked to assist Queen Anne's Soil Conservation District after Patrick Barry left in January of 2008. She and her husband live in Vienna, MD.
Deborah Minnich-District Secretary
Debbie has worked for the Queen Anne's Soil Conservation District since October 1994. She enjoys assisting the public and keeping the office running smoothly.
Donald Dawkins-Soil Conservation Technician

Donald started working for the USDA Soil Conservation Service in 1956 in Kent County, Maryland after attending Goldey Beacom College. He moved to the Queen Anne's District office in 1959 and worked for NRCS until he retired from federal service in 1994. At that time, Donald began working part-time for Queen Anne's Soil Conservation District as a Queen Anne's County employee.
Thomas Bramble-Soil Conservation Technician

Tommy started working for QASCD in 1980 as a county employee. In 1985, he was hired as a Soil Conservation Planner for Talbot Soil Conservation District. In 1989, he returned to QASCD to work as a Soil Conservation Planner to write Complete Conservation Plans for farms in the Critical Area. In 1999, he began working as a Soil Conservation Technician. Tommy and his family operate a Polled Hereford farm near Queen Anne, MD. He is also a director of the Maryland Hereford Association.
Matthew Yoash-Soil Conservation Technician

Matt started working for Caroline Soil Conservation District as a Soil Conservation Technician in 1979. He came to work for Queen Anne's Soil Conservation District in 1988 as a Soil Conservation Technician.
Sharon Calisto-Soil Conservationist

Sharon joined the Queen Anne's Soil Conservation District as a Soil Conservationist for NRCS in 2002. Previously, she worked for MDA as a Conservation Planner in Prince George's County. Sharon graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1994 with a B.S. in General Agriculture.
Alison Howard- Soil Conservation Assistance
Alison Howard, Soil Conservation Assistant, works with the Wildlife Habitat Improvement Program (WHIP), Transition to Organic, sediment control and outreach and education programs including the Envirothon program. She is a member of the LEAD Maryland Class V and an organic vegetable and grain farmer in Queen Anne’s County.
Rebecca Briggs-Soil Conservation Planner
Rebecca graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park in 2003 with a B.S. in Natural Resource Sciences. While in college, she interned with the USDA National Plant Materials Center in Beltsville, MD and Queen Anne's Soil Conservation District. She started working as a Maryland Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation Planner in 2005 for Anne Arundel SCD, and joined Queen Anne's SCD in 2007.
Carrie Cochran-Soil Conservation Planner

Carrie joined the Queen Anne's Soil Conservation District as a MDA Soil Conservation Planner in 2001. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Environmental Policy and Planning with a background in Forestry.
Katie Johnson-Soil Conservation Planner
Katie joined Queen Anne's Soil Conservation District in July of 2006 as a Grant Planner for the Corsica watershed. She was hired as a permanent MDA Soil Conservation Planner in May of 2007. She graduated from the University of Maryland in 2004 with a B.S. in General Agriculture with a background in Animal Science.
